Hi, I’m Sabrina!

Storyteller and marketer who is intuitively creative and strategically impactful, so that I can deliver measurable results for brands.

Born and raised in LA, my curiosity has led my all over the world. As a freshman at NYU, I spent my first semester abroad in Paris where I was immersed in a new culture and began my studies in media, culture, and communication.

In Fall 2025, I packed up my life and moved to Seattle to join the University of Washington’s Communication Leadership program. I decided to pursue my Master of Communication in Digital Media to stay ahead of rapid industry shifts while learning from seasoned professionals and peers.

During my first quarter, I managed social media as an intern for an indie bookstore, Nook & Cranny Books. By analyzing competitor trends, I identified a clear content strategy to strengthen their brand identity and digital presence.

My experience in research and writing led me to step into a new position in my program as the Content Writer & Strategist for the Comm Lead program itself.

My year in the program was a whirlwind of networking with accomplished professionals in the communications and marketing industries, navigating AI, and pushing myself to think more creatively and strategically. I have now officially earned my Master degree and the testaments of what I’ve learned live right here in my portfolio, from mock campaigns created in classes to results-driven work I did for real clients.

Key Takeaways: Digital media strategy, brand identity analysis, and human-centered storytelling

Post-pandemic, I finally settled in NYC! As a student living in one of the largest entertainment capitals in the world, I fell in love with not just consuming stories, but creating them.

I dove headfirst into hands-on production across multiple mediums: leading a 20+ member media team to produce content for the multi-media publication Generasian, scouting talent and editing sizzle reels as a TV Development Intern at NowUs, and writing cultural commentary for CommClub.

Key Takeaways: Project management, end-to-end video production, talent recruitment, and engaging storytelling

After graduating from NYU, I translated my passion for storytelling into the travel and lifestyle space as a bylined Content Writer for Whimsy Soul.

My continued focus on editorial work and journalism led me to a selective mentorship with Visit Greater Palm Springs, where I gained hands-on pitching experience from real-world travel journalists and published an article on their website.

To round out my foundation, I completed NYU’s Summer Publishing Program, learning the ins and outs of digital and print publishing directly from editorial, marketing, and design. I worked with industry professionals to draft a Reader Report, take an edit test, and create an imprint where I was part of the editorial team.

Key Takeaways: Journalism, collaboration, and digital/print publishing.

My journeys have led me all over the world, and the incredible people and breathtaking places I've encountered constantly inspire my creative work. Today, I’m back in Southern California, but this time in sunny San Diego. I am driven every day to think out-of-the-box and embrace the rapid changes happening within the digital and media industries.

Whether I am crafting a strategic marketing campaign or uncovering an authentic story, I bring a human-centered, results-driven approach to everything I do. I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter and ready for whatever new lessons and collaborations lie ahead.
